We are seeking a skilled Travel Radiology Technologist to join our team at a prestigious medical facility in Mobile, Alabama.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring high-quality images are captured.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT scanners and radiography machines
- Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining protocols and positioning patients
- Ensure high-quality images are captured, including adjusting equipment settings and monitoring image quality
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Radiology Technologist in the state of Alabama
- 2+ years of experience in radiology, with a focus on CT scanning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
