This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Counsel at Vandeveer Garzia, PC in Troy, MI. Daily responsibilities include representing and advising clients, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and engaging in negotiations and litigation.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in Law and Legal Advisory
  • Strong Research and Negotiation abilities
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law institution
  • Admission to the state bar and maintaining good standing
  • Experience in litigation processes
  • Knowledge of Worker's Compensation is advantageous
