Baxter Regional Medical Center is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee our nursing staff. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding and supervising nursing personnel, ensuring that all activities align with healthcare regulations and institutional policies while embodying the core values of our organization.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: A minimum of four (4) years' experience in nursing or healthcare services, ideally within a hospital or similar environment. Previous leadership experience is advantageous.
- Other: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications, experience in managing budgets, and exceptional customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate effective decision-making and teamwork capabilities is essential.
