We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support our corporate headquarters in Vancouver, WA.
Key Responsibilities- Process accounts payable, ensuring accurate and complete vendor information.
- Coordinate the annual 1099 process.
- Manage vendor information in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Review, code, and verify high volumes of transactions.
- Train partners on policies and procedures.
- Associate's degree in accounting, business management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 7 years of related accounts payable experience.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to accurately perform moderately complex math problems.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and credit screen.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
