We are seeking a skilled Server Associate to join our team at Chandler's Square Retirement Community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Take food and beverage orders, serve customers, and maintain table cleanliness to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with the Dining Room Manager and Food Service Director to ensure seamless service operations.
- Strive for customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Support the team in achieving exceptional service standards and contributing to a positive work environment.
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrated empathy and interest in working with older adults.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in food service or customer service is an asset.
- Must obtain a Food Handlers Permit as required by state regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with good interpersonal and community relations abilities.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug testing is mandatory.
