Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs, and develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance their communication abilities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support and create a positive and supportive environment that fosters student growth.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and expand your expertise.

Requirements:

  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Licensure: Valid Massachusetts state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
