Job Summary:

This is a full-time, day shift position with primarily outpatient responsibilities and occasional inpatient rounding. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide evidence-based, compassionate care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Functions as a member of the clinical patient care team, performing tasks and procedures consistent with the training and licensure of an advanced practice provider.
  • Provides high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with various medical conditions.
  • Develops and implements individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  • Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participates in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (prior to start)
  • Oregon license (or willing to obtain)
  • AONCP certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Experience practicing as an Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner in an inpatient and/or outpatient setting (preferred)
