Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team at Jonathan Gray - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with customers and using a customer-focused approach to educate them about insurance options. In addition, you will develop leads and market appropriate products and services to meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads to market appropriate products and services.
- Collaborate with our team to identify customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service; insurance industry experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual Spanish language skills highly preferred
