Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation to ensure high-quality care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
We require a graduate of an approved school of nursing who is currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing and has CPR certification. One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
