Key Responsibilities:

  • Attorneys are expected to manage a docket of Pre-Litigation cases to resolution.
  • Associates report directly to an assigned Senior Associate and are supported substantively and administratively by a team of paralegals.
  • Associates collaborate with Pre-Litigation staff to the extent necessary to achieve a high standard of excellence when serving clients.
  • Must be comfortable providing guidance to non-attorneys as needed.
  • Responsible for bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
