Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Advocate for patients and families, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Partner with patients, families, and care teams to provide holistic care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with professional scope of practice and ANA nurse practice standards, ensuring compliance and excellence in care.
- Make flexible care decisions based on patient condition, reassessing and prioritizing as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
- Prior related nursing experience is preferred.
- Licensed in the State of Vermont.
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
- Unit-specific certifications as required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing, knowledge, and skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Pay Grade: $32.57 - $55.09
