Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Shonaz Foods, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our Burger King restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing restaurant team to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and supply chain logistics.
  • Collaborate with district managers and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college preferred.
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-food environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including P&L analysis and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
