Key Responsibilities:
  1. Empower Through 1:1 Support: Provide individualized support in a 1:1 teaching format to autistic children. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll implement behavior analytical techniques to enhance communication, self-help skills, and social interactions.
  2. Promote Positive Change: Utilize positive reinforcement strategies and antecedent modifications to foster the development of appropriate behaviors over time. Your dedication will contribute to meaningful progress and growth in each child's journey.
  3. Create Engaging Learning Environments: Assist in the creation and maintenance of instructional materials, ensuring that each child's learning experience is tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
  4. Track Progress: Keep accurate records of client performance and progress through meticulous data collection and clinical notes. Your attention to detail will guide our team in making informed decisions to support each child's development.
  5. Provide Compassionate Care: Manage challenging behaviors with care and professionalism, following Behavior Care Plans and directives from BCBAs to help create a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
Requirements:
