Global Operations Coordinator

**Job Responsibilities**
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Costa Rica or the Americas. As a key member of our supply chain transformation team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects that involve the upgrade and deployment of SAP S/4. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables and will be responsible for communicating project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of project management experience, strong knowledge of supply chain processes, and proven experience leading projects around an SAP S/4 deployment. They will also have proficiency in SAP S/4 and related SAP modules, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage supply chain projects involving the upgrade and deployment of SAP S/4
- Manage cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify and mitigate project risks, coordinate testing activities, and drive deliverables to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
