Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and improving their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Personal Care: Assist clients with personal hygiene needs, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assistance with Mobility: Help clients with walking, physical therapy exercises, and mobility assistance.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for clients.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry.
  • Medication Reminders: Assist clients with medication reminders and administration.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Errands and Shopping: Accompany clients on errands and assist with grocery shopping.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred.
  • Certifications: First aid and CPR certification is preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks, cooking skills, and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Compassion and Respect: A compassionate, respectful, and ethical approach to care is required.
