We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our team at VDart Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing medium to large-scale enterprise-wide projects, mobilizing resources from different teams, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, define project structure, and monitor project activity.
  • Implement software and enterprise applications that promote staff productivity and efficient business operations.
  • Publish metrics reporting, status, and dashboards, and organize periodic review meetings with Senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements, SOX, and operational controls.
  • Develop contingency plans, risk mitigation strategies, and manage issue logs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management in Information Technology.
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMI/PMP and Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience with applications related to transportation and logistics for servicing customers in the field.
  • Experience with Azure Dev ops to manage project user stories and tasks.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Knowledge of Logistical tools such as Descartes.
