  • Complete annual reviews of medical sections on Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and medication audits.
  • Provide training and consultation to day program, IES, and residential staff on health-related topics.
  • Maintain professional skills through attendance at nursing discipline meetings, online training, and discipline-specific training.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a registered professional nurse in New York State.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
