Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
- Staff Development: Conduct regular evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Experience: Two years of registered nurse experience, with demonstrated progressive leadership responsibility, or one year of registered nurse experience plus one year of relevant leadership experience.
- Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
