We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Host at The Equinox Resort. As a Host, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for our guests' visit, providing exceptional hospitality, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Monitor the open dining sections of the restaurant, ensuring that tables are clean and ready for guests.
  • Estimate wait times for guests and manage the guest waiting list, keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Ensure that the needs of guests are met while they are waiting, providing refreshments and amenities as needed.
  • Answer the telephone, book reservations, and coordinate table arrangements for large parties.

Requirements
