Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily maintenance tasks on oil fryers, including cleaning and filtering.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Unload delivery trucks twice a week and ensure timely receipt of supplies.
  • Waste Management: Take out and empty trash compactors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
