Position Overview:
A Visionworks Licensed Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in the success of our operations.

This individual exemplifies the Visionworks philosophy, oversees store activities in the absence of the General Manager, and contributes to achieving financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive store profitability and meet sales targets
2. Facilitate all aspects of the customer journey
3. Manage customer flow and appointment scheduling
4. Mentor and guide team members
5. Implement operational procedures

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 1-5 years of leadership experience
- Licensed OSUPS must possess and maintain a State Opticians License
