Communication Specialist

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for delivering speech services to infants, children, and adults to facilitate effective communication. This role involves comprehensive program planning, organizing, and implementing treatment approaches as well as periodic assessment services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and periodic assessments with individuals to determine their current receptive and expressive communication skill levels, progress in meeting IFSP/IEP/IPP goals, and potential augmentative communication needs.
- Plan and implement therapy sessions based on assessment findings, provide training to families, caregivers, and educators, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with other UCP disciplines to ensure comprehensive support for individuals served.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent internal and external customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
We offer a competitive salary of $94,000 per year, plus benefits.
