Key Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Assembler at Tecan Trading AG, you will be responsible for building mechanical assemblies with strict adherence to quality principles. This includes ensuring that assemblies and components are properly handled, inspected, and inserted. You will also be required to cross-train to cover other functions in the Mechanical Production Floor as well as other departments within the company, as needed. Additionally, you will support team projects and process improvement activities, as directed. Adhering to all safety rules and regulations associated with this position is also a key responsibility.

Minimum Requirements
  • Basic mechanical assembly skills; prior experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English language
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Aptitude to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Flexibility; based on business needs, you may be required to work beyond your scheduled time (overtime will be paid for hours worked in a day over 8 hours)

This is a non-exempt role and is paid hourly. The pay range for this role is between $24.00 per hour DOE (depending on experience). The regular working hours are 3:30 pm - 12:00 am, Monday - Friday. This role is a swing-shift position.
