Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to lead our insurance product marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance marketing and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement division-wide marketing plans and communications, including printed material, web content, electronic sales presentations, digital marketing, and any other media.
  • Manage a team of Product Marketing Managers and Associate Managers to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Product Development leadership to launch new services and produce favorable business outcomes in the areas of sales, retention, and product awareness.
  • Meet with senior leadership to determine the marketing and sales support needs for assigned business units.
  • Presents plans and updates progress to senior leadership to build consensus on strategic goals.
  • Recruits, selects, hires, and evaluates performance of personnel to ensure all department needs are handled appropriately.
  • Commissions market research to gain critical insight into the trends within markets.
  • Oversees and implements marketing communications strategies to ensure adherence to Paychex brand standards.
  • Monitors competitive environment and adjusts plans to meet future opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Insurance (H&B or P&C) and/or InsurTech industry experience.
  • 3 years of experience in management experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing experience.
  • Master's Degree - Preferred

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $89,140,700. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
