- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and in-services to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess patient needs and develop targeted treatment plans.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
This role requires the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with patients, families, and healthcare teams. The Physical Therapist will be required to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout the workday, with occasional lifting and transferring of patients. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities is essential for success in this role.
