About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence St. Peter Hospital. As a Medical Renal Care Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of providing compassionate and high-quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with renal-related conditions, including dialysis and transplantation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a renal care setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in nephrology nursing.
