Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary and preventive care to patients of all ages, including health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide education to patients and their families on healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care and safety.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our healthcare team's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience in family practice or primary care setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
