Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain cost-efficient strategies and forecast models to support business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting efforts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with department managers to analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction, improving overall efficiency.
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis to support decision-making processes, providing data-driven insights to drive business success.
  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, preparing regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
  • Review and interpret financial and operational results to solve problems and implement changes, ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and internal audit.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and report variances, providing critical support to executive management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other analytics software.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
  • Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and experience with a software system implementation.
  • Exceptional knowledge of financial data analysis and forecasting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
  • An ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
