Key Responsibilities
  • Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to high standards, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Pre-Cleaning Duties: Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including setting up the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies, linens, and cleaning materials.
  • Trash and Linen Removal: Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways, maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
  • Public Area Maintenance: Keep all hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed, ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.
  • Supply Replenishment: Restock the housekeeping cart with cleaning supplies and replenish chemical bottles as needed.
  • Lost and Found: Handle items for Lost and Found according to established standards.
  • Maintenance Reports: Report any maintenance repairs immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure overall guest satisfaction by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
