As a Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have an outstanding shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
">- Greeting Guests: Make eye contact, smile, and promptly acknowledge and greet each guest entering the store.
- Determine Guest Needs: Determine each guest's need and answer questions concerning products and services.
- Partner with Management: Partner with management to ensure the guest needs are met.
- Recommend Products: Recommend additional and complementary products and/or services that meet the guest's needs.
Compensation
">The estimated salary for this position is around $12-$15 per hour, depending on location and experience. This rate may vary based on individual performance and qualifications.
">Work Environment
">You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment with a dynamic team of beauty enthusiasts who share your passion for beauty and excellent customer service.
">Requirements
">- Excellent Communication Skills: You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Sales and Customer Service Experience: Previous sales and customer service experience is preferred but not required.
