Position Overview:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming communications with professionalism
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both visitors and staff
  • Support employee onboarding processes and perform general administrative duties
  • Entry-level seasonal role with frequent interaction with guests and employees

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college experience is a plus
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
  • Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities; familiarity with ski area operations is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred

Key Competencies:

  • Professional demeanor, adaptable, and dependable
  • Capability to manage confidential information and work effectively under pressure
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management

Hourly Compensation: $22.00 to $23.75
