Position Overview:
- Manage a high volume of incoming communications with professionalism
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both visitors and staff
- Support employee onboarding processes and perform general administrative duties
- Entry-level seasonal role with frequent interaction with guests and employees
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; college experience is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities; familiarity with ski area operations is advantageous
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
Key Competencies:
- Professional demeanor, adaptable, and dependable
- Capability to manage confidential information and work effectively under pressure
- Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management
Hourly Compensation: $22.00 to $23.75
