Position Overview

The Nursing Unit Assistant plays a crucial role in enhancing patient care and ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families. This position involves providing essential non-direct patient care to contribute to favorable patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring Patient Conditions: Report any changes in patients' health status or concerns from patients and families to the charge nurse or supervisor.
  • Facilitating Rehabilitation: Prepare patients for scheduled rehabilitation sessions and assist in transporting them to the designated therapy areas.
