About the Role

As a Senior Financial Manager at Lockheed Martin Corporation, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day management functions of Program Finance personnel supporting Production Engineering, Fabrication, International Production, and Tooling for JSF.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directing the day-to-day management functions of Program Finance personnel.
  • Providing sound guidance to Production Engineering, Fabrication, and Tooling CAMs concerning business and financial processes and issues.
  • Ensuring applicable financial policies and procedures are applied uniformly across the Production Engineering, Fabrication, and Tooling teams.
  • Providing fiduciary oversight to ensure that Company/Program financial objectives are achieved, including annual LRP financial goals.
  • Ensuring that F-35 production contracts establish a sound and compliant budget baseline, risk management process, timely and compliant budget change control process, ensuring that a high level of integration is maintained between the cost & scheduling systems, and that a sound Estimate At Completion (EAC) is developed and maintained.
  • Providing oversight and ensuring compliance of all EVMS-related processes and command media.
  • Ensuring the accurate reporting of program performance to internal and external customers.
  • Providing support & guidance to CAMs for the development & implementation of corrective action plans, Variance explanations, and EAC.
Requirements
  • Experience with leading, motivating, or mentoring a diverse team of Program Finance professionals in a dynamic program environment.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) guidelines and processes and their implementation on programs.
  • Experience with enterprise-level cost management tools (SAP, Cobra, Compass, Open Plan, etc.).
