Position Overview

  • Assume responsibility for a well-established patient roster from a busy practitioner.
  • Collaborate with a proficient team of 3.5 surgeons and 5 Physician Assistants.
  • Concentrate on performing 60-70% of your procedures related to foot and ankle care.
  • Engage in surgical operations in the operating room twice weekly, utilizing 2 available surgical suites.
  • Carry out surgical procedures at a single location and a newly inaugurated clinic.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Attractive guaranteed base salary for the initial two years, with potential adjustments based on wRVU performance.
  • Average generation of 6,000 wRVUs, with significant opportunities to surpass this benchmark.
