Job Title

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to fill the role of Shipping and Inventory Clerk at Ron's Staffing Services, Inc.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $38,000 - $58,000 per year.

The Shipping and Inventory Clerk will be responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving of goods produced by assisting in the coordination of shipments, acting as the liaison between customer service representatives and external providers while maintaining appropriate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating labels for paperwork received from customer service representatives
  • Calling the carrier company to make arrangements for pick-up by the carrier if it is an LTL shipment
  • Responsible for checking the driver in, assigning a door where the shipment will be sent out of, and passing the paperwork to the person who will be loading the truck for shipments
  • Completing and overseeing paperwork for accuracy, copying bills for shipping record-keeping, and returning the original bills to the customer service representatives
  • Confer with managers to ensure coordination of production lines and finished product
  • Responsible for coordination of product completion and shipments on a timely basis by logging and inventory of the shipment and keeping a running total of the shipments
