Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and secure environment for clients and employees.
  • Conduct regular patrols of client facilities, including vehicle patrols and routine foot patrols.
  • Respond to critical situations and provide rapid response as needed.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on activity and incidents.
  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent (GED).
  • Security experience required.
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Computer literacy skills.
  • Ability to de-escalate stressful situations.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
