We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at PACE Southeast Michigan. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our seniors in their homes, communities, and day health center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist participants with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support participants with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to participants.
  • Document participant progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Valid Michigan driver's license required.
  • One year of experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting.
  • Completion of a formal training program in nursing assistance or a related field.
