Hospice Care Nurse

Responsibilities- Collaborate with physicians and nursing teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
- Work with a variety of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive end-of-life care
- Communicate effectively with patients and their loved ones, fostering a supportive and compassionate environment
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our Hospice House team. The ideal candidate will have:
- Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program
- 1 year of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a hospice or palliative care setting
- Active RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
