Truck Repair Order Specialist

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Body Shop Service Writer to join our energetic and committed team members at our Scranton, PA location.
The estimated salary for this role is around $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Body Shop Service Writer, you will be responsible for ensuring a clear understanding of the customer's financial responsibility of the repair order, administering warranty and policy adjustments, and maintaining satisfactory customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open/Close repair orders in Decisive and Proceed as needed to communicate the customer's complaint to the technician.
- Ensure a clear understanding of the (DOP) and customer's financial responsibility of the repair order.
- Maintain satisfactory customer relations through expedient, courteous, and fair handling of all body shop customer complaints.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- One to three years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required; a commercial driver's license is preferred.
