A Master's degree with the completion of required coursework and supervised practice as per the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) guidelines.
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
A Bachelor's degree with the completion of required coursework and supervised practice as per ACEND guidelines.
Credential Requirements:
Must meet the eligibility criteria for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) as set by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and obtain registration within a specified timeframe after hiring.
