Job Overview

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President, Cloud Security Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Cloud Security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and reliability of our cloud-based systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure cloud-based systems and applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud-based solutions
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and logging tools to ensure real-time visibility into system performance and security
  • Work closely with engineering teams to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities and performance issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for cloud-based systems and applications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in cloud security and site reliability engineering
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Certification or formal training in site reliability engineering concepts and practices
  • Prior experience working towards SLIs, SLOs, and observability capabilities at a large scale
  • 5+ years experience in Python or Java, on large scale systems alongside Linux based scripting languages
  • Experience working on observability, logging, and metrics toolsets
  • Experience of k8s and container technologies such as Docker, Openshift, and EKS
  • Experience with public cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Experience with Secrets products such as HashiCorp Vault or CyberArk

Citigroup Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $156,000 to $234,240.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs. We also offer paid time off packages, including planned time off (vacation), unplanned time off (sick leave), and paid holidays.
