About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to provide individualized case management and clinical services to our clients. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing assessments, individual counseling, family counseling, group counseling, and crisis intervention according to the treatment plan
  • Maintaining a caseload and ensuring timely, compliant clinical documentation and billing practices
  • Providing administrative supervision to clinicians, including coaching on meeting job responsibilities and conducting staff evaluations
  • Promoting cohesion and teamwork between programs and managing the day-to-day running of the clinic
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current LCSW, LPC, or LMFT License in the state of Georgia
  • At least 1 year of experience working in behavioral health
  • Strong skills in working independently and implementing time management strategies
  • Bi-lingual abilities a plus
  • The ability to pass an intensive criminal background investigation and pre-employment drug screening
