Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Centurion Managed Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Pulaski State Prison. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, adhering to established standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop strategies to address them.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required.
• Current certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including a drug screen and criminal background check.
