Overview:

As a Manager at Waterway Carwash, you will have the opportunity to work in an outdoor, fast-paced environment while learning the skills to effectively manage and run a business.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by leading by example, greeting customers positively, identifying needs, and selling car wash services and memberships.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Coordinate daily store production, staff the store based on forecasted business needs, and maintain high service standards.
  • Lead and Manage Employees: Provide daily direction and coaching to employees, coach and mentor employees, and create a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's degree or above, or at least 2 years of experience in supervisory or management roles, professional sales, or military leadership.
  • Availability: Available to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
