Ecco Living is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas.
  • Complete resident service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing the "make-ready" and "furnishing" process.
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas, amenities, exterior buildings, and parking areas.
  • Assist with vendor management and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
  • Experience with inventory management and tracking, as well as cost-effective purchasing.
  • Previous experience with painting, drywall, entry-level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing and electrical, as well as furniture assembly and logistics.
  • High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Proficient in project and property management tools, such as Appfolio.
