Key Responsibilities- Evaluating Client Suitability
Evaluate client suitability for various non-surgical cosmetic services, including laser hair removal, injectables, body-contouring, and other aesthetic treatments. This involves conducting thorough examinations, reviewing medical histories, and completing necessary documentation.
Providing Clinical ServicesPerform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies, and governing standards. This includes administering treatments, monitoring patient responses, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Collaboration and CommunicationWork collaboratively with other nurses, medical technicians, and senior medical personnel to ensure seamless patient care. Develop and maintain effective communication skills to provide exceptional patient experiences and ensure timely follow-up.
Inventory Management and SchedulingAssess consumables inventory and plan ahead to anticipate client demand and scheduling needs. This involves maintaining accurate records, monitoring inventory levels, and making recommendations for optimal inventory management.
Training and MentoringShare knowledge and expertise with colleagues, providing training and mentoring to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient care.
Customer ExperiencePromote a friendly, warm, and exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every patient feels valued and cared for.
Professional DevelopmentStay up-to-date with the latest clinical standards, treatments, and technologies, and participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements- Certifications and Qualifications
Ideal candidates will be certified in or have the ability to be trained in aesthetic treatments, including laser hair and tattoo removal, body contouring, injectables, and facial treatments.
Skills and ExperienceProven experience in a medical or aesthetic setting, with excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
