We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, along with excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. • Provide recreational therapy services to patients, including individualized assessments and treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans to promote maximum functional improvement.
• Deliver and delegate therapy services to patients based on assessed needs and physician orders.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Baccalaureate degree in Recreational Therapy, National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (CTRS), and 9-12 months clinical experience in an acute or long-term care setting. You should also possess strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to evaluate, treat, and develop treatment plan components for physically, cognitively, and/or mentally impaired adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
