Culinary Visionary Wanted

Auberge Resorts Collection is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Culinary Director to lead our culinary team and create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the guest experience
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of culinary operations
  • Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and waste to optimize profitability
  • Identify and develop culinary talent within the team to foster a highly competent and motivated kitchen team
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel setting or high-end restaurant group
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Culinary, Hotel Management, Kitchen Management, Business, or a combination
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results
