About the RoleThis is a quota-based sales position that requires a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives. You will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and motivating your team to achieve sales targets, as well as analyzing performance data and reporting on store strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, lead, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Analyze performance data and report on store strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Foster professional relationships with in-store management and associates
- Represent the company's values and standards
- Minimum of two years of quota-based sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
- Sales management experience preferred
- Wireless, consumer electronics, or related sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Salary + uncapped commission/monthly store bonuses
