Position: Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Pediatric Nephrology

Corewell Health System is seeking a proficient Pediatric Nephrologist to enhance their team of kidney care professionals committed to ensuring the well-being of children and providing exceptional treatment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-time position with on-call duties and inpatient responsibilities every fourth week
- Conduct 5-6 half-day clinics weekly when not on call, with opportunities for outreach and telehealth services
- Collaborate with nursing staff, transplant coordinators, social workers, dietitians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
- Utilize a range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including aquapheresis, CRRT, plasmapheresis, and kidney transplantation
- Participate in the education of residents and medical students, with plans to initiate a pediatric nephrology fellowship
- Engage in research and quality enhancement projects

Qualifications
- Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)
- Active Michigan Medical License
- Board certification in Pediatric Nephrology
- Certifications in Basic Life Support, ACLS, and PALS
